Have you tried resetting the Photoshop preferences?

https://helpx.adobe.com/au/photoshop/using/preferences.html

Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (Mac OS) as you start Photoshop. You are prompted to delete the current settings. The new preferences files are created the next time you start Photoshop.

The link is functional now. Kindly try to install the compatible version of Adobe Camera Raw on your system manually if you are facing this issue.

I've been working with support and they're telling me that I had updated Camera Raw, but had not updated to the new Photoshop 2020 because my system isn't compatible.

I had my adobe account set to automatically update, and it automatically updated Camera Raw this morning.

But, apparently while the Camera Raw update is compatible with my current system, is NOT compatible with Photoshop versions older than the new Photoshop 2020. Why it updated at all is beyond me.

As best I can tell, they remotely replaced my version of Camera Raw to a previous version.

We set up a remote chat and they poked around my adobe files until they figured it out. I had to ask what they had done and then asked for clarification as to what happened.

Camera Raw updated and now I can't open any images. What should I do? The link to the installer seems irrelevant, I already have the update. Can I roll back? Are you going to fix this in the next few hours?

Thanks! I just tried that and it worked. I was surprised that it needed the 10.5 instead of the 11.4 since this literally just started happening overnight. Adobe needs to fix this!
