Raw files are not opening in the latest Camera Raw

I did the camera raw update today and CC 2018/19 stopped opening Raw files, can anyone help me?

Hi There,

That shouldn't be happening, as raw files are not opening after udpating the Camera Raw plugin, could you please let us know the version of Camera Raw you're on right now?

Also, what camera make and model you're using?

Have you updated Photoshop to version 21.0 via the Creative Cloud Desktop app and see if it helps?

Sounds like adobe updated your camera raw to 12.0 which is not compatible with Sierra.

Same thing is happening to users with El Capitan.

You can try reverting to camera raw 11.4.1 using this camera raw installer:

https://helpx.adobe.com/camera-raw/kb/camera-raw-plug-in-installer.html

Are you by any chance on a Mac and using the El- Capitan OS. If so, see here:

It would appear that version 12.0 of camera raw does not work on el-capitan
