Use generator imageChanged event on a cep-panel?

Hey everyone,

It's really difficult to find information on Generator..

Does anyone know if it's possible to use imageChanged event in html panel without putting a generator plugin in Generator folder? So everything would exist in one extension folder.

Thanks JJMack, I've seen this pages, but if I understand correctly, they explain how to use events in Generator. But what I need is to put this to HTML extension without making a separate Generator thing.
