The RoboHELP sales literature says you can use the product to create knowledge bases. However, I can't find any instructions for doing so. Anyone know where I should be looking? Thanks.

Well, this is possibly a matter of terminology.
When you think about it, what is a Knowledge Base? Just a repository of information, no? So by that definition, a simple collection of Microsoft Word documents might be considered to be a Knowledge Base.
I just looked at WikiPedia and saw this definition:
Human-readable knowledge bases are designed to allow people to retrieve and use the knowledge they contain. They are commonly used to complement a help desk or for sharing information among employees within an organization. They might store troubleshooting information, articles, white papers, user manuals, knowledge tags, or answers to frequently asked questions. Typically, a search engine is used to locate information in the system, or users may browse through a classification scheme.
RoboHelp 8 shipped with several different types of Project Templates that could be used when creating a project. One of these templates is called "Knowledge Base" and simply creates a project that has a bit of a Wiki look and feel to it. So perhaps that's what they are referring to.
To see this, you start RoboHelp HTML, then click File > New > Project and you should see a dialog allowing you to choose the type of project you wish to create.
Hopefully this helps... Rick
