не производится оплата

Добрый день! 22 числа каждого месяца с карты у меня списывают средства за оплату программы, в данном месяце оплата не проходит. Adobe присылает уведомления и выдет ошибку об обновлении платежных данных. Все проверено, карта рабочая, срок действия заканчивается только через 1,5 года, денег на карте более,чем предостаточно, но оплата не проходит. В конечнои итоге мне приостановят доступ к программе с 21 января 2020 г по непонятной мне причине. ЧТО ДЕЛАТЬ??? За что я плачу деньги если столько проблем с лицензионной программой?!

If the CSR refers you to the forums, insist on speaking with a supervisor and keep moving up the chain until you get someone who knows what they are talking about.
