어도비가 결제가 되었는데 계정에 들어갔을 때는 플랜이 없다고 뜨고 문의를 눌러도 문의가 안되네요

4월 19일 오후 6시 55분에 어도비가 결제가 되어서 계정에 들어왔는데 플랜이 없다고 떠서 취소도 못하고 문의를 누르면 '관리자에게 문의하여 지원을 요청하십시오'라고 뜹니다. 

포토샵실행은 잘 되어서 이 계정에서 플랜이 없다는 건 말이 안됩니다. 

작년4월에 플랜을 시작하여 이제 1년이 되어서 플랜이 자동으로 끝났겠지 라고 생각했었는데 이번에 오히려 가격이 올라서 결제가 되었습니다. 플랜이 없다고 뜨니까 취소하지도 못하고 문의도 못하고 어쩌지 못하는 상황입니다.
