If you subcribed to a desktop application, you need to contact Adobe Customer Care. There are two ways. Try the link to auto-open the Chat:

Type "agent"

If you purchased a mobile app, you need to go through Apple's App Store or Android's Google Play. Let us know and we can give better details.

if you have a subscription/purchase made via a mobile app store, contact that store.
if your purchase was from adobe.com, contact adobe support per @jane-e
