Payment problem! I thought I cancelled my Adobe payments but today I saw that all the money has been withdrawn from my account and that money is very urgent right now please help! I need to get my money back!

If you subcribed to a desktop application, you need to contact Adobe Customer Care. There are two ways. Try the link to auto-open the Chat:

Type "agent"

If your browser blocks the Chat window, try the steps here to access chat:

If you purchased a mobile app, you need to go through Apple's App Store or Android's Google Play. Let us know and we can give better details.
