Як відписатися

Добрий день, я підисалася на сім днів безкоштовно, потім відписалася 26.09 і цього ж числа зняли кошти з карти за місяць на перед.  В мене запитання в наступному місяці коли мені портібно відписатися, якого числа щоб не зняли кошти? І як саме потрібно відписатися? Дякую

be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
