二重請求が取り消されていません。

以前二重請求になってしまっていたため、複数のアカウントを確認しましたが、一つのアカウントしか購入していませんでした。解決できるかと思い、そのアカウントのプランを解約したのですが、いまだにクレジットカードから一つ分のプランの金額がひかれています。取り消してほしいです。
