計畫開始後超過14天,後來取消計畫,請問還會退款嗎?

如題

我2023年7月購買了Adobe Creative Cloud計畫一年份(已付費)
開始後超過14天,後來確定沒用到了。
已經於2023年8月中申請取消計畫,請問還會退款嗎?

如果會,那會是如何退款?按比例退?

如果不會,我認為是不合理的。
(在網站上也沒看到不會退費的說明)

before 14 days there's a full refund. after 14 days, none.

 

you can appeal to adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
