3월 18일부터 한달간 결제되는 26,400는 제가 직접 구매한거 맞지만
4월 22일부터 시작된 39,600은 도대체 어디서 결제가 진행된걸까요?
저는 4월초부터 이용을 전혀 안하고있습니다.
어도비에 접속한 적도 없기 때문에 제가 구매한게 아닌데
구독 취소하려니 수수료까지 내라고하네요.
확인 부탁드립니다.
확인 후 잘못 결제된거라면 4월 22일, 5월 19일, 6월 19일 그리고 결제 수수료까지
모두 환불해주셨으면 합니다.

To clarify the charges:
The ₩26,400 was related to your Creative Cloud All Apps plan.
The ₩39,600 was associated with your Adobe Stock subscription.
Please note the following regarding Adobe’s cancellation and refund policy:
If the plan is canceled within 14 days of the original purchase, you are eligible for a full refund, and your account will revert to a free membership.
After 14 days, an early termination fee of 50% of the remaining contract value is applied. For example, if you cancel with three months remaining, you will be charged 50% of the fees for those remaining months.
Why is a cancellation fee applied?
Annual plans paid monthly are offered at a discounted rate. Therefore, if the plan is canceled before the full term ends, an early termination fee applies to offset that discount.
