결제 취소 문의

포토샵 월 정기결제를 취소하려고 알아보니 미결제를 해결 후 취소를 하면 된다길래 결제 업데이트 후 재결제 했습니다. 새로고침 후 취소하려는데 왜자꾸 미결제가 되었다고 뜰까요?

취소 및 환불받고싶습니다. 확인 부탁드려요.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
