안녕하세요. 늦깍이 대학생입니다. 작년에 학생요금제로 구독신청하고 2월에 졸업 예정이었습니다.
하지만 복수전공으로 아직 학업을 계속하고 있는데 지난달에 요금이 인상되었네요.
기존의 결제하던 요금(21,000원)보다 인상된 요금(32,000원)이 청구되어 문의드립니다.
