구독 취소하고싶습니다.

반갑습니다. 한달치 Creative Cloud 사용권을 엔비디아를 통해서 선물 받았는데 더이상 사용하지 않아 구독을 취소하려고 플랜관리를 확인하려 했더니 결제 방법을 등록하지 않아서 확인할 수 없다고 하더군요. 그래서 사용하지 않는 계좌로 임시 등록을 해두고 취소하려고 했더니 수수료를 11만원 이상이나 내라고 하더군요. 장난합니까? 내돈 주고 결제 한것도 아니고 엔비디아에서 선물로 준걸 이제 사용하지 않으니까 취소하려고 한건데 11만원을 내라고? 말했다시피 계좌등록을 사용하지 않는 계좌로 해뒀기 때문에 계좌에 잔액은 0원입니다. 어짜피 결제가 안될텐데, 수수료 없이 취소 해주시면 안되는건가요?

check your local laws for the consequences and live with them if that's your best option.

Looking at your answers, I've looked at a lot of cases. I haven't looked for the words that everyone automatically cancels after they fail to pay and that they are legally responsible. What's the source of your words?

i did say that. it means exactly what it says.  where i live (usa) failing to pay an unsecured debt has no legal consequences, but it affects your credit rating for 7 years.  that may be insignificant or it may have major consequences, eg if you want to secure a loan.

usage doesn't matter much. it's analogous to telling a landlord you haven't used a leased apartment.
