구독 취소 or 변경

1년 지나고 어제 갑자기 또 구독이 자동으로 결제 됐습니다.
11월 50% 할인 때문에 구독을 바꾸려하는데 취소 부탁드립니다. 14일 내에는 전액 환불이라고 들었는데 취소하려고 보니까 80,000원의 수수료를 내라더군요

Adobe offers full refund if the subscription is cancelled within first 14 days after trial.

Since your plan is 1 year old, it is not eligible for refund as per Adobe's policy.
