모든 앱 플랜을 사용하고 있는데 일러스트레이터 시험버전이 만료되었다고 뜹니다.

결제도 정상적으로 되고 있는데 어떻게 해결해야 하나요?

이미 구매해서 이용중이시라면, Creative Cloud앱을 다시 재로그인해보십시오 
다른 사용자들도 동일하게 모든앱 정상구매사용자이나, 재로그인하여 문제해결하였습니다. 
1. Creative Cloud앱을 실행하여 오른쪽 상단 계정 클릭 > 로그아웃

2. Creative Cloud앱에서 이메일 + 암호 입력 재로그인 하십시오
