대학교 연동해서 학생 할인 받아 23100원이 결제 되고 있었습니다. 그런데 카드 내역을 확인해보니 44000원이 또 빠져 나가네요..?

저는 확인을 늦게해서 이중으로 돈이 빠져 나가는지 몰랐는데  8개월동안 44000원이 빠져나갔는데 환불 해주셧으면 좋겟습니다. 증빙 자료 올립니다

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
