We appreciate you reaching out. As per your account details, I can see that you subscribed to Adobe Illustrator on June 04, 2025 and cancelled on the same day. Adobe initiated a refund instantly which should have been credited to your bank account within 12-14 days.
However, there was another purchase made for Adobe Illustrator on June 08, 2025 for which another refund was initiated in July.
Did you not receive it? Did you check with your bank? Did you contact us 4 months ago when the refund was initiated?
