플랜 업그레이드 후 차액 결제 문의

안녕하세요 원래 플랜은 포토그래피(월 26000원) 11월 10일에 결제했는데, 오늘 전체앱 사용 플랜으로 업그레이드해서 39000원(11월 27일)이 결제됐습니다. 그전 플랜에 대한 차액은 어떻게 되나요?

We are here to help you. Your current plan will be cancelled, and you may be eligible for a refund, if applicable. The new plan will take effect immediately, and you’ll be charged for it. Your monthly or annual billing date will change to the date you switched plans. For annual plans, the renewal date will be one year from the switch date; for example, if you change your plan on March 14, 2025, the new plan will renew on March 14, 2026.
