플랜 해지 후에도 게속되는 결제

무료로 플랜을 이용하였고 기간이 만료되자 플랜은 해지하였습니다. 하지만 그후에도 4월 3일 , 5월 3일 정기결제가 되었고 무언가 이상함을 느껴 거래내역을 보니 Adobe에서 결제가 되었다고 나왔습니다.  저의 계정 플랜을 보아도 유료플랜은 없다고 나옵니다. 그럼에도 결제가 되고있기때문에 빠른 환불 부탁드립니다.

I see you have a canceled Photography plan under the email id that you're using with the community. 

We don't see any charge for April or May under this ID. 

 

Please check if you have a different subscription under a different ID. You may also get in touch with our support team for help: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/contact.html
