안녕하세요. creative cloud 구독하였다가 바로 취소를 하였습니다.

이용도 하지 않고 취소하였는데 환불을 받지 못하고 있어요.

14일 이내에는 환불이 가능하다고 하는데, 저는 단 하루도 이용도

들어가지도 않고 바로 10분 안에 환불을 했거든요.

혹시 환불을 바로 받을 수 있을까요?

제가 너무 급한 사정이 있어서,,, 빠른 처리 부탁드려요. 진심으로요

@knowledgeable_moments0012 chances are because Adobe is in the US, it is their Thanksgiving holidays, and they may not be issuing refunds after the long weekend as, Thanksgiving Day was on Friday, and Cyber Monday tomorrow...so, it might not even be looked at until Tuesday or later on in the week
