플랜을 취소를 했는데 추가로 같은 금액으로 돈이 빠져나갔습니다.

이에 맞게 저는 추가로 돈이 나갔을 때 맨붕이 오면서 화도 났습니다. 환불 요청드립니다.

구독한 날짜는 2023년 12월 23일 이며 취소한 날짜는 2025년 2월 13일 입니다.
근데 바로 다음 날인 14일 같은 금액으로 추가로 나갔습니다. 이에 대해 어떻게 답변을 해주실껀가요?

취소를 이미 신청을 넣은 후에 위에서 봤던 것처럼 돈이 한번 더 빠져 나갔습니다.
