춰소를 했는데 혹시 사용한 일수 만큼만 차감하고 나머지 금액을 환불할 수 있을까요? 프로젝트에 사용하는 거라 프로젝트 이후로는 금액청구가 되면 안된다고 해서요..

As checked, I can confirm that you previously had an active Premiere Pro plan associated with your Adobe ID. This plan has now been cancelled.  However, records indicate that a Premiere Pro subscription was purchased on June 9 and subsequently cancelled on June 24. This was a monthly subscription with monthly payments.

Please note the following terms for monthly plans:

  • If cancelled within the first 14 days of the initial purchase, there is no cancellation fee, and a full refund is issued.

  • If cancelled after 14 days, no refund is available, and the service continues until the end of the current billing period.

As your cancellation was made after the 14-day period, a refund is not applicable in this case.
