12 Month Subscription Problem

I got verification and a redemption code for getting substance painter 3d and all 3d products for 12 months for free thanks to my university. I downloaded it but its now saying I only have a 30 day free trial. Did my redemption code and 12 month subscription not activate or something? I even went through the verification link and entered the product code and did every step as well as recieving a confirmation email and redemption code for the 12 months after.
