I began using the Adobe Illustrator trial version on February 8th and only used it for a few days before forgetting to cancel the plan and deleting the program. Since no payments were made for the next seven months, I assumed the subscription had been canceled.
However, I found out yesterday that a payment had been processed, meaning the subscription was still active. I haven’t used the program since deleting it and was completely unaware that the subscription was still ongoing.
The amount charged this month is critical for my living expenses and is intended for other important purposes. I've read that full refunds are sometimes provided even after the 14-day period has passed. Is it possible for me to receive a full refund as well?
contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe
