it seems I have been charinging twice for the same order. The issue is I have 2 different accounts and probably that drove the issue. How to solve it and how to get refund for the double counting from the past?
The order is allocated to one account. If you have 2 accounts and both have a subscription assigned, you have effectively 2 independant subscriptions.
