2025 stand alone download problem

I recieved the email with the order number.  I go to my account.  It is not there.   Trying various approaches I got to where I could down load the product ........... buy then is asks me to signin to start my "Free Trail".

 

How do I get to my order so I can get the serial number, or what ever esle I need to do to get my real product I paid for?

I bought direct (on main screen of 2019 version under Windows 10).   There was a comment about that I would recieve an email.

 

I got the email .................. probably the beginning of the problem.   Years ago I had bought the copy I was using under "email 1"; but now primarily use "email 2".  When I bought Adobe or my Windows 10 machine defaulted the email to "email 2".

I received an email (at email2" address ................... on a different computer ... I use standalone OUTLOOK)

I copied that email to my new Windows 11 machine.   I clicked on "Get Started"

 

It took me to this

I clicked on the DOWNLOAD ............... and it did download the exe ............. the exe installed the product.

But when I open Photoshop Element Editor ............ it wants me to click on "start trail" or click on "buy".

 

What have I attempted so far ............. since I now have two Adobe accounts ...... one under the orginal "email 1" what the old 2019 and other oders ones show up ........... with a serial # for each.    And one under "email 2" ........... which no list of products with serial # ................ just the image above with offer to download.

I have now added to both Adobe accounts both "email 1" and "email 2", but that has got me to where I have the needed serial number of the new 2025 standalone version.

Any suggestions?

i don't think there is a serial number for pse 2025.  it's a subscription.

Being desperate, I attempted the click on start trial ........................ then went to help ........... there is no "Sign In" option ................... there is a "Sign out" option.

I the sign out .................... then it just took be back to Sign in ........................... gets me nowhere.

 

I haven't had trouble installing other products ............ what is Adobe's problem?

Clearly after "sign on" I am on a online version ............ not the stand alone I bought ........... and it must be the trail version .......................... the HELP / INFO ............... does not list a serial number like other stand along software.

 

I closed Photoshop again, opened it again ........... HELP ............. says I am signed in ........... but how?  I did not ask for user name or password?

There is no "online" version of Photoshop Elements.  All versions are "stand alone."

The 2025 version is a three year subscription. When the subscription ends, it is not usable.

Older versions are not a subscription, and will work as long as your operating system is compatible with the version.
