Hi, I have -23,99€ every months since June 2023, I thougth that was my Adobe Suite sub (which actually is 35,99), but not !!! I don't even find any explanation, neither in my mails or in my adobe account ! Only this on my account : ie 044-207-3650 Whats is it ? How do i get back my money ? It's near 240€ !! Thanks a lot

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.
there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Thanks for your answer, but I do pay for my Adobe Cloud Plan, 35,99€ per month, and have this other 23,99€ took from my account every month in parrallel. No invoice, no sub, no mail about it, nothing.
So it's not a point of how to unsubscribe, or any cancellation of any kind. Adobe is taking my money for no reason since near 1 year.

As I said in my first post, nothing in adobe account except my Adobe Cloud Plan. Adobe charge me each month two things : 35,99€ for Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB, and 23,99€ for something undefenied with only this clue : ie 044-207-3650.
Please tell me what is it and why Adobe is charging me that without any mail or anything in my adobe account. How can I be refund for that ?

do you also have a stock subscription? do you have a subscription using a different user name?
if you're still baffled, contact adobe support as first suggested.

no stock sub, my other account is free of any sub.
I try to by this page, what is the purpose of this discussion if it's not to speak without adobe support ? haha

the purpose is to get help. eg, most users don't know how to contact a human at adobe support. ie, good luck bypassing the bot.
