30-Tage Code eingegeben aber wird nicht angezeigt?

Guten Morgen zuammen,

ich habe einen 30-tägigen Creative Cloud Code erhalten der auch gültig war und eingegeben werden konnte.

Nun ist es jedoch so, dass mir zwar im Hauptmenü "Kostenloses Probeabo noch 26 Tage" angezeigt wird, ich jedoch keine Apps starten kann bzw dann immer direkt einen neuen Zahlungsplan anlegen muss, der dann aber beispielsweise als Testversion nur 7 Tage anzeigt.

Ist das normal oder habe ich etwas übersehen?

We appreciate you reaching out. I checked your account info and found that you have an active trial for Adobe Express and this is the reason you are not able to use any other application.
Also, I can see that the Adobe subscription for CC all apps has recently been cancelled from your account. Therefore, you may not be able to use the trial for any application that comes under CC all apps because the trial can only be availed once per account.

Hi Shivangi and thanks for this Information.

is it possible to delete this trial code from my Account, create a new Account and maybe get another one? I won this code by a graphiccontest  and really want to use it.

I understand your question, Raphael. However free trial lasts for 7 days and can be availed on one account only once.

Please do not forget to cancel to avoid getting charged in case you do not wish to proceed.
