300 plus dollar early cancelation fee!?

Are you guys completely serious!? I didnt even use it once!! I would please like to somehow talk to a customer service representative? or need someones advice somewhere because I cannot, in my right mind, rationalizer this unjustified fee.

you agreed to a one year contract (for a lower monthly fee).  that contract included a penalty for early plan cancellation.

You are allowed ONE trial per account... if you have already had a trial, and you sign up for another trial, you will be charged immediately

If you buy a HIGHER COST Monthly subscription you may cancel at any time without a fee... when you buy an Annual subscription with Monthly payments, and you do not cancel in NO MORE

If the plan is canceled after 14 days, an early termination fee equal to 50% of the remaining contract value will apply. For example, if the plan is canceled in the ninth month of the subscription, you would be charged 50% of the fees for the remaining three months.

This cancellation fee is in place because annual plans billed monthly are offered at a discounted rate. The fee reflects the discount provided when the full term commitment is not completed. For more details, please refer to:

RENEWAL IS AUTOMATIC UNTIL YOU CANCEL
