500 Internal Server Error. When trying to buy credits

I can't upgrade / buy credits. This problem happens from the pop-up within Photoshop and directly through the Firefly website. The popup account list is empty and the website throws a 500 Internal Server Error.

in particular, try using a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled.
