a subscription problem for Adobe Animate

I am a student at the LBS School and they gave me a laptop with a subscription to most of the Adobe apps in the 2018 version, but I had made an update for Adobe Animate, and after that  I can no longer access it.

so what can I do to restore the old version of Animate or any thing that can give me an access to work on it again ??? 

I wish a fast help, couse I must be dune with the projekt in Adobe Animate under this month.

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click the gear icon > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar (top right image).
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.

The 2018 versions are no longer available. But your school's subscription might not cover the 2020 version.

Does your computer meet the system requirements to run the latest version of Character Animator?
