Abbuchung für ein Abo das für mich nicht aufgelistet wird

Hallöchen,

 

Vor einigen Monaten ist mein Jahres Abo für die Student CC ausgelaufen. Ich konnte auf keine der Applicationen mehr zugreifen und habe darum ein erneutes Abo abgeschlossen für das ich aktuell monatlich zahle.

 

Dennoch wird monatlich ein zweiter, höherer Betrag abgebucht!

 

Ich kann jedoch nirgendwo aufgelistet finden wofür ich da eigentlich zahle (Vermutung: das alte Abo) und es dementsprechend auch nicht stornieren. 

 

Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen wie ich dieses Problem behebe und mei Geld zurück bekomme, oder mir zumindest sagen wie ich den Support kontaktieren kann?
