Abbuchungen per Lastschrift nach Probezeitraum

Hallo,

ich habe den Service von Adobe ausprobiert es konnte mich aber nicht überzeugen, für den Preis würde ich es zu selten benötigen, weshalb ich mein Abo direkt wieder kündigte. 

Trotzdem wurde mir heute Geld via Lastschriftverfahren abgebucht. Wie kann das sein?

Als ich versuchte das Problem zu lösen geriet ich nur an den englischsprachigen Support, der/die nur meinte dass Adobe nicht einmal Lastschriftverfahren anbietet, was natürlich Schwachsinn ist. Deshalb die Frage: Kriegt man auch zum deutschsprachigen Support Kontakt? Wenn ja, wie? Ich möchte nicht monatlich 17,90€ zahlen für Services die ich nicht nutze.
