Warum finde ich keien Schalter um meine Abo zu kündigen???????
Ich sprerre sonst mein Konto... und melde es der Verbraucherzentrale.

I have the same problem. I am in my 14 day trial period but don't have the button to cancel my plan. It's Saturday and the trial period ends on Monday so I can't reach customer service now. What do I do?

Mir geht es genauso. Bekomme ständig Rechnungen und inzwischen eine Mahnung, obwohl ich das Probe Abo sofort, zeitnah gekündigt habe

Guten Abend,
geht mir leider genauso - habe vor wenigen Tagen Lightroom Web für rund 12 Euro monatlich bestellt und wollte dies wieder rückgängig machen. Ein Abo Verwalten Button gibt es hier leider nicht. Somit ist eine Kündigung ebenfalls nicht möglich. Vertrauensvoll ist das nicht.
