Abo wird in Desktop App nicht angezeigt

Hallo,

 

ich schreibe für meine Freundin.

Sie hat sich heute dazu entschlossen bei einem örtlichen Händler eine Karte für 1 Jahr Creative Cloud Photo zu kaufen.

Die Seriennummer wurde auf der Adobe Seite auch akzeptiert und auf der Seite wird in ihrem Account auch das Abo angezeigt.

Wenn sie jetzt aber in ihrer Desktop App geht werden dort weder Photoshop noch Lightroom bei ihrem Abo angezeigt. Sie kann also ihre bezahlten Anwendungen nicht nutzen.

Einzig das Premiere Rush das sie bereits vorher nutzte wird bei ihr angezeigt.

Wie kommt sie an ihre neuen Produkte?
