J'ai été prélevé de 69,99 euros mais l'abonnement reste inactif, non trouvable. De ce fait je ne peux pas le résilier. je souhaite le remboursement de celui-ci.

We did check your account through the registered email on Adobe and it seems that you have already managed to cancel the subscription on your own.
For the subscription being inactive, what could probably be the case that, you were not signed into the application using correct email.
Since its already terminated, so there's nothing much that can be done now.
