J'ai pris l'essai gratuit adobe , adobe a retirer de l'argent pourtant j'ai pas dépassé la date du service gratuit je comprends pas je veux un remboursement comment faire ? De plus c'est compliqué de contacter le service

@youssef_2719 When a charge appears during an Adobe free trial it’s often not a full purchase but a small pre-authorization or verification hold placed on your card to confirm the payment method. Unless, you have had a previous trials on the same account, repeatedly signs up for free trials and cancels, Adobe can detect the pattern and may charge or block future trials because trials are intended for first-time use only
Either case, sign into your Adobe account at account.adobe.com. Click Manage plan under the plan you want to cancel. Select Cancel your plan and follow the on‑screen prompts to confirm cancellation and choose a reason for cancelling.
If you bought through Apple, Google, a reseller, or third party, you need to cancel directly with the store where you purchased (Apple App Store, Google Play, or the reseller). Adobe cannot cancel subscriptions bought through other stores; contact that store for cancellation and refunds.
