I have paid monthly membership to all apps, but cannot get access all of a sudden, says 'request access' !!! What is that ???? <email removed - kglad>

if you have a teams or enterprise subscription, contact your admin.

Request access means that you are on a Teamsb/Enterprise plan. A licence needs to be allocated. If you have an individual plan, then you are signed in to the corporate level of your account.

If you have paid for your own license please make sure you are logging in on your personal profile to see your licensed apps.
The request access is an Enterprise Feature that allows them to review your application for a certain license you don't have. This is a view from the admin's side FYI:

I have checked the account that you used to post here and found out that you have a Creative Cloud all-apps individual plan. To know more about switching between different profiles click here.
