Request access means that you are on a Teamsb/Enterprise plan. A licence needs to be allocated. If you have an individual plan, then you are signed in to the corporate level of your account.

Hi Bridget,

If you have paid for your own license please make sure you are logging in on your personal profile to see your licensed apps.

The request access is an Enterprise Feature that allows them to review your application for a certain license you don't have. This is a view from the admin's side FYI:

Hi @Bridget33999287t70l ,

Sorry to hear that.

I have checked the account that you used to post here and found out that you have a Creative Cloud all-apps individual plan. To know more about switching between different profiles click here.

Hope this helps.

you posted in the wrong forum triggering misleading responses.

========================================

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
