Access to substance paint (student & Teacher Version)

hello,

My Dad is trying to help me renew/update the student licence for Substance paint, as it expires at the end of this month. but its asking for a payment of £250 per annum, I thought the student version would be free?

My Parents were willing to pay for the £16 per month version of the Creative cloud (all apps) package, but this doesnt include Substance Paint?

Can you please advise on how I can contiinue to use this app which I know, love and use every day to feed my creative juices, please?
