Hello,

I want to only use the Adobe Premiere Pro Software, and signed up for a monthly plan of $31 USD a month for the Premiere Pro Plan. HOWEVER, in the first month I had this plan I was also charged $19.99, which I thought was a sign-up fee, but in the second month of receiving this bill I discovered it was an erroneous plan I had unintentionally signed up for.

I don't know when or how I signed up for the "$19.00 all apps plan," but I never intentionally signed up for it, especially because I have the premiere pro plan. I want to continue to be on the Premiere Pro Plan, but I would like to cancel the all apps plan, although I know there is a $40.00 cancellation fee, but I did not intentionally sign up for the plan, and I will continue to use Adobe's paid services. I tried to call Adobe Customer Support, but it is the weekend, so I was wondering if a representative on the support community could help me get around this problem with my account.

Thank you,

Noah

Noah, are you a student?

The All Apps plan costs $53/month.

The student discounted rate is $19.99/month for the first year and it includes Premier Pro plus everything else.

So if you qualify for a student plan, that's the one to keep.
