Hello, I am unable to access my email account that's associated with Adobe student account, and I lost the phone that is linked to the account through 'Account Access' app.
I tried changing the primary email address to a personal address, but it's followed up with a 2fa prompt. The two mediums of verifications are my student email address and the application. My phone number is saved in the account profile, but that option isn't provided. Is there any hope of recovery?
