It has bee noticed from last 4 to 5 months you have been deducting from my card account twice for the monthly payments one by between 12-14 other by 22-25 of every month so I stopped the payments it considered as cheating so please check the account and rectify the same.
You can get help with your account billing here. Sign in to Adobe using your Adobe ID email. Use a browser that allows pop-up windows, and look for the little chat bubble.

Also, AdobeCare on Twitter are very helpful, so give them a try too. Don't put any personal, identifying information in your initial tweet, just the outline of your problem and they'll tell you what to do.
