Hello

I found out that I had opened a new account without my knowledge? how can this happen? because I didn't visite this webpage the day that it had happened at all and I did use another email address? and that one is also a question mark to me as well that this webpage did know that I had two email addresses with totally different names but still the count/billing number was the same? How can you open a new account without visiting the webpages and or knowing that this had happened?

Maybe your computer was hacked.   Maybe you posted personal information online where the public could see it.  It's not hard to create an adobe account with somebody else's e-mail address and name.   If you think your credit card may have been compromised, contact your bank immediately and file a fraud complaint with local law enforcement.
