Hey everyone, I used to have like 2 accounst, dont remember any logins for it, but i made them because i really needed premiere pro and photoshop for work, started a 7 day all apps trial with my credit card and after the 7 day period ended, i just kind of forgot about it (never got billed for it, i'm guessing its because i have never had enough money in my account, so i couldnt use the apps), now I'm scared that if i get more money in my bank account, the subscription will renew and since I don't even remember the email to that account, I won't be able to cancel it. Is that possible?

I'm extremely stressed right now because I don't know if the plans canceled because there were billing issues.

you have to know your account to cancel it. you could check your cc desktop app, or if you checked your account with a browser, your browser may have saved your id/password

The problem is that I don't remember those accounts.
How can i check the cc desktop app for that?
And will the subscriptions be renewed if there is enough money?

As far as I know, Adobe will charge your credit card... not knowing the account/email you used means that support won't be able to help

But if they can't charge me for the plan, then it just stops and i can't use the apps right?

This amounts to theft. You do realize that, right?
Is it safe for you to have a bank card?
Maybe you should stick with prepaid cards. That way, you can't spend what you don't have sufficient funds for.

As far as I know Adobe will NOT show your email address as a security measure in case someone else uses your computer... you sign in to your subscription using your email, and then you use your registered subscription to install and use your programs... if your subscription does not show when you go to https://account.adobe.com/plans using your current email you won't be able to do anything with your unknown account
