Account payer versus app user?

I do graphics work for a nonprofit group that pays for a single user InDesign subscription. I am the single user. However, I am unable to sign in to use the app because it defaults to the person who originally subscribed, sending her a code to use to open the app. What is the workaround for this?

Thanks.

If that is an individual subcription, not the team subscription that was mentioned, what you are doing is not allowed

The OWNER of the subscription is the only one who is allowed to use the subscription
