Buongiorno, ho registrato per errore un account su una mail sbagliata, con estensione hotmail.it. L'account non è nemmeno verificato e quindi il software non è attivo. Ma i soldi sono stati presi. Io chiedo come poter eliminare quell'account e di conseguenza la sottoscrizione dell'abbonamento.

Aggiungo che l'assistenza è veramente imbarazzante.

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam.

Ho fatto come suggerito ma le cose non cambiano, l'help center mi rimanda sempre alla stessa pagina anche da altri browser.. io ho bisogno di parlare con qualcuno che cancelli questa iscrizione in quanto l'account non è nemmeno stato attivato, altrimenti bloccherò il pagamento direttamente dalla banca e farò denuncia al servizio. Grazie

Aggiungo nuovamente, che servizio cliendi di merda.
