Adobe Acrobat Free Trial Cancellation Issue – No Plan Visible!!!

New Here ,
Mar 17, 2025 Mar 17, 2025

Hello everyone, I want to cancel my Adobe Acrobat free trial because I don't think the price-performance ratio is worth it. However, when I go to the "Plans" section, I don't see any active plan, but on the homepage, it says that my trial will end in 2 days. How can I cancel it? Please help.

Hello Anand,

I appreciate your response. However, I have already tried everything you suggested. I logged in with the correct Adobe ID that I used to subscribe to the trial, but when I check the plans section, no active subscription appear

Additionally, when I tried using the virtual chat support, I received the same response- no active plan found. However, on my account homepage, it still states that my free trial will end in 2 days.

This is extremely frustrating and feels like a deceptive practice. If there is no active plan under my account, then why does the system indicate that my free trial is still ongoing? I do not want to be charged after the trial ends.

If possible, please manually cancel my free trial from your system to prevent any unwanted charges. This situation is misleading and unfair to users. I would appreciate your immediate assistance in resolving this matter.

Looking forward to your response.

Best,

dicle

sign in to your account using a updated non-opera browser, https://account.adobe.com

then, while still signed in, start the cancellation process using the same browser.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)
