Has any one else had their plan cancceled by an agent on the chat function wit out giving them authorisation to?
I asked an agent if it was possible to create a custom bundle. They then told me what budle i had and i was perfect from me. I have the photography budle and wanted to a video bundle!!
I cant understand how they can just cancel without authorisation.
My best GUESS is the agent misunderstood what you were asking, and cancelled your subscription so you could buy a different one
FYI - Adobe does not do custom plans... there is the ALL program plan or the special photography plan
If you still want (only) your photography plan, contact support again to have it reinstated
