Adobe All Apps Weird Pricing

I have a student Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps Plan which costs now $29.99 US. I was in the process of cancelling but I saw that at least my next 2 payments will be $2.20 USD. 

Am I being trolled by Adobe? Will the price magically jump up to $29.99 or higher after 2 month? Or is this number going to stay for the whole year?

My story is the same. I was about to cancel as my $29.99 per month student plan renews on April 24. (I can get a better deal through my university.) Now it show US$2.20/mo for the next payment. I would appreciate some transparency. 

Any info is appreciated. Thank you!

I decided to leave it and see what happens and those buggers put it back to up $29.99 before the renewal.
